Graduate Student Organization (GSO): Meeting and Breakfast
The population of graduate students interested in educational effectiveness will play a vital role in the future of SREE. The main goal of the GSO is to develop a productive, well-connected network of up-and-coming investigators interested in advancing research focused on cause-and-effect relations in the field of education. Specific aims of the GSO are to:

  • Provide targeted training opportunities
  • Offer mentoring opportunities with established investigators
  • Facilitate graduate students’ efforts to have their work published
  • Build better connections between graduate students and potential employers

To discuss plans for the further development of the GSO, and to explore opportunities to widen participation in the GSO leadership, a meeting and breakfast will be held on the morning of March 2nd, 2009 from 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Questions may be sent to 2009conference@sree.org
