Health and Safety

We are excited to be together again for the first time in almost 3 years.  With that said, the SREE leadership and staff wishes to manage this conference with the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, staff, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers in mind. SREE strongly encourages all attendees to be considerate of other attendees, many who may be venturing out to an event such as this for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, and follow the recommended preventive measures outlined below.

COVID-19 Vaccination

Individuals who test positive should stay home a.  SREE also strongly encourages all individuals to pack rapid tests and test daily while at the conference.  If you are on-site and have a positive rapid test result or start to feel ill, please refrain from attending any sessions.  You can contact SREE staff by emailing [email protected] if you are need of a rapid test or if you need to extend your hotel room due to isolation. The hotel will provide the room at the conference rate for that period.
