Members receive discounted rates for the meeting. Join the Society or renew your membership for 2026 and register by the early registration deadline to save. You will be given the option to join or renew during the registration process.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Registration* includes access to all conference sessions. 

To take advantage of federal government or local/state government rates, please send an email from your work email address to [email protected], including your name, title, and employer. You will be provided with a code to use for registration.

**Federal government rate: The federal government rate does not include conference meals. To add conference meals to a federal employee registration, please email [email protected].

***State government rate: The state government rate does not apply to state or city university employees.

^Government rates: Federal, State, and Local government rates are limited to employees of those entities. This means that you must be employed directly by a federal, state, or local government (including school districts) in order to qualify for the government rate. Being contracted by the federal government or having federal funding does not qualify you for the government rate if you are not a government employee.

FUNDING AVAILABLE

SREE is pleased to offer multiple funding opportunities to support conference attendance, made possible through the generous support of our community and partnering organizations. Awards are available for various career stages and backgrounds, including travel grants, early career support, and specialized mentoring programs. Information and Applicaitons will be available July 1.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

SREE is offering three workshops on Wednesday, September 23. There is an additional fee to register for a workshop ($50 for student attendees, $100 for everyone else). The workshops are longer than regular conference sessions and intended to teach/introduce attendees to new skills they can use in their own work. Please visit the workshop page for more details. You will be able to select a workshop during conference registration. If you would like to add a workshop after you registered, send an email to [email protected].

*REFUND POLICY: Please note that there will be no refunds for registration and workshop fees after August 26, 2026. Refunds made on or before August 26th will be assessed a $20 processing fee. The refund policy also includes any scenario that requires a fully virtual conference.
