We suggest setting the dimensions of your poster to 43.6" (110.7 cm) width x 24.5" (62.2 cm) height in landscape orientation at 72 DPI for easy display on a computer screen. You may also choose to create a series of slides, a larger graphic, or a series of tables and charts. For the lead up to the conference, all uploaded files will be made available on the conference program. NOTE: If you did not complete the poster display preference survey by August 14, you have been assigned a hi-top table for your display setup. Poster session participants using laptops: Please be sure your laptop is fully charged, as it will not be possible to run a power cord to an outlet. Laptops will not be connected to screens or projectors. A poster displayed via laptop will be viewed directly on the laptop screen. Remember that the space provided to you is limited to this table. Use this space creatively, but do not bring a large format poster. Poster session participants using standard large-format posters: Conference participants will circulate between posters, using the conference program as a guide, to discuss your research with you. Paper Presenter InstructionsEach paper session includes a session chair invited by the program committee to provide an overview and initiate discussion. While not a formal discussant, this individual may take the opportunity to comment on papers before opening the floor to questions. You will present your paper in the order noted on the conference program. Please forward a copy of your conference presentation materials (e.g. full paper, additional analysis since abstract posting, presentation slide deck...) to the paper session chair no later than Wednesday, August 26. Once confirmed, your paper session chair will be listed on the conference program. Please also upload the paper to the submission site by Wednesay, August 26.
Your submitted abstract will be posted on the conference program, unless you opted out during the submissions process. If you would like to change your abstract file or opt-out preference, please send a PDF or note to [email protected] Each session block is 90 minutes. The paper session chair is responsible for allocating and managing the time during a paper session. We recommend that a paper session with 3 papers designate no more than 15-20 minutes for each paper presentation to reserve enough time for questions from the audience and comments by the paper session chair. A paper session with 4 papers should allot no more than 15 minutes total for each paper presentation. If you have not done so, please register here. Please bring your presentation slides on a thumb drive. If you have video in your presentation, please make sure that you have the original file in your thumb drive.
