To take advantage of federal government or local/state government rates, please send an email from your work email address to [email protected], including your name, title, and employer. You will be provided with a code to use for registration.
**Federal government rate: The federal government rate does not include conference meals. To add conference meals to a federal employee registration, please email [email protected].
***State government rate: The state government rate does not apply to state university employees.
^Government rates: Federal, State, and Local government rates are limited to employees of those entities. This means that you must be employed directly by a federal, state, or local government (including school districts) in order to qualify for the government rate. Being contracted by the federal government or having federal funding does not qualify you for the government rate if you are not a government employee.
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS
SREE is offering workshops on Wednesday, September 18. There is an additional fee to register for a workshop ($50 for student attendees, $100 for everyone else). The workshops are longer than regular conference sessions and intended to teach/introduce attendees to new skills they can use in their own work. Please visit the workshop page for more details.

*REFUND POLICY: Please note that there will be no refunds for registration and workshop fees after August 21, 2024. Refunds made before August 21st will be assessed a $20 processing fee. The refund policy also includes any scenario that requires a fully virtual conference.
